金饰品标准样品的制备研究

Study on preparation of standard samples for gold jewelry

  • 摘要: 参照金饰品中金元素含量范围及有害元素限量的规定,设计了饰品金标准样品的化学成分,经熔铸加工、均匀性及稳定性检验、定值分析,研制了金饰品标准样品。该标准样品一共有16个样号,涵盖了Pb、Cd等11个元素,定值结果显示,标准值为Au 99.99 %~37.47 %, Ag 99.99 %~0.20 %, Cu 99.99 %~0.22 %,其他添加的杂质元素Zn、Ni、In、Pd、As、Cr、Pb和Cd为7.93 %~0.011 %,其中, Cd的定值结果为参考值。该标准样品化学成分设计合理,成分均匀,稳定性好,已批准为国家级标准样品(GSB04-3651-2019),可用于金饰品的分析检测。

     

    Abstract: In accordance with the specifications for gold content and hazardous element limits in gold jewelry, a standard sample for gold jewelry was developed. The chemical composition of the sample was designed, followed by melting, homogeneity and stability testing, and value determination analysis. A total of 16 sample numbers were established, covering 11 elements including Pb, Cd, etc. The standard values from the value determination analysis range from Au 99.99 % to 37.47 %, Ag 99.99 % to 0.20 %, and Cu 99.99 % to 0.22 %. Other added impurities like Zn, Ni, In, Pd, As, Cr, Pb, and Cd range from 7.93 % to 0.011 %, with Cd's value being a reference. The standard sample exhibits a rational chemical composition, homogeneity, and good stability, and has been approved as a national standard sample (GSB04-3651-2019), suitable for the analysis and testing of gold jewelry.
